SUITABLE (Green Label)
This label is attached to elevators deemed SUITABLE after tests and inspections conducted by expert control engineers, indicating that they pose no risk to life or property safety.
LIGHTLY FAULTY (Blue Label)
This label is attached to elevators that pose a LIGHTLY FAULTY level of risk to your safety and property after tests and inspections conducted by expert control engineers. The control of the elevator with the blue information label is carried out twelve months after the date the periodic inspection report is submitted to the relevant authority, the building manager, and the elevator installer or their authorized service.
FAULTY (Yellow Label)
This label is attached to elevators that pose a FAULTY level of risk to your safety and property after tests and inspections conducted by expert control engineers. The follow-up inspection of the elevator with the yellow information label is carried out 120 days after the date the periodic inspection report is submitted to the relevant authority, the building manager, and the elevator installer or their authorized service.
UNSAFE (Red Label)
This label is attached to elevators that pose a high risk to your safety and property after tests and inspections conducted by expert control engineers, identifying hazards that make the elevator UNSAFE and require immediate rectification. If the issues identified on the elevator with the red information label are not resolved within 60 days, the local municipality will be notified for the elevator to be rendered out of service by SEALING and SHUTTING IT DOWN.
