Management’s Declaration of Impartiality, Independence, and Confidentiality

NETAS ENGINEERING PERIODIC INSPECTION SERVICES INC. is established and managed to operate independently without being affiliated with any party. Providing our services based on impartiality and reliability is part of our quality policy. All employees, including those from external sources, are responsible for conducting their work in accordance with these principles. Our organization has established the necessary structure to ensure this.

Our company operates free from any commercial, financial, or other internal and external pressures or influences that might raise doubts about our impartiality and reliability. The following measures have been taken in this regard:

  1. Our company, including external personnel, and all employees are prohibited from engaging in any activities that would create a conflict of interest with the service provided or harm our decision-making independence. This includes not being involved in design, production, supply, installation, purchasing, ownership, use, or maintenance activities related to the service provided.
  2. Our company is not part of a legal entity that carries out activities such as design, production, supply, installation, purchasing, ownership, use, or maintenance related to the services provided. Similarly, it has no connections with other organizations conducting such activities.
  3. The salaries of our employees, including external personnel, are not linked to the number of tasks performed or the results of the services provided.
  4. The opportunity to benefit from inspection services cannot be dependent on the size of the applicant organization, its membership in any association or group, or the number of organizations to be inspected.
  5. No pressure shall be allowed on personnel to violate the principles of impartiality and reliability for any reason.
  6. Our company does not engage in internal training activities that could affect our impartiality. Training services cannot influence the results of our other services, and no implication about this is allowed for clients.
  7. We regularly analyze potential conflicts of interest that could threaten the impartiality of our services, and ensure that this analysis is understood by all our personnel, thereby maintaining the continuity of our impartiality.
  8. The confidentiality of all documents and information related to the operations is prioritized, and it is not shared with third parties without the consent of the relevant individuals.
  9. NETAS Engineering’s legal status is defined in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette as performing engineering services related to the control, evaluation, testing, comparison, validation, and risk filtering of all materials, products, facilities, equipment, devices, instruments, industrial units, or centers, factories, processes, distribution networks, systems, and management systems. However, our company does not provide services in these areas. If such activities are to take place, these services will be carried out by personnel different from the team conducting periodic elevator inspections.
